At Vitalpaw Raw, we stand behind the quality of our products. Your pet's health and your satisfaction are our top priorities.
Returns & Refunds
- 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
- Perishable Items: Due to the nature of raw pet food, we cannot accept returns of opened or thawed products unless they are defective. Unopened, frozen items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at hello@vitalpawraw.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We'll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item (or approve a refund without return for perishable goods).
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged.
Subscription Orders
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Orders already processed and shipped are subject to the standard return policy above.
