How do I transition my dog to raw food?
We recommend a gradual 7-day transition. Start with 25% Vitalpaw mixed with 75% current food for days 1-2, move to 50/50 for days 3-4, then 75% Vitalpaw for days 5-6, and full Vitalpaw by day 7.
Is raw food safe?
Yes! Our raw food is made from human-grade ingredients in a certified kitchen. We use High Pressure Processing (HPP) to eliminate harmful bacteria while preserving nutrients.
How do I store Vitalpaw meals?
Keep portions frozen until ready to use. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Once thawed, serve within 3 days. Never refreeze thawed portions.
What size pack should I get?
A 30lb dog eats about 1lb per day. Our 8-pack lasts about a week, 16-pack two weeks, 32-pack a full month.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship to all 48 contiguous US states Monday through Wednesday.
Can puppies eat raw food?
Puppies over 12 weeks can thrive on raw food! Feed about 5-6% of body weight daily across 3-4 meals.
